Floor manager at reception Poor customer relations Tried to get a change of rooms and told none available …..fully booked 1300 rooms on a Monday ! Told me to go onto Expedia to see if their was a room available which I did and of course their was plenty availability so obviously he just didn’t care about his customer I stayed their in September for 3 days and enjoyed the stay and that’s why I rebooked They won’t see me back there!!!!!

Perfect location close to touristic attractions like Big Ben and London Eye, and close to the underground and bus stops. I got the room with the Big Ben view and it did not disappoint
