Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with stunning views of Big Ben and the London Eye. The lighting was poor as I was unable use a bed side lamp to read - the overhead ‘reading light’ is no good. I would expect this level of hotel to have complimentary water in the fridge - arriving at a hotel of this quality with no water in the fridge is disappointing and annoying. I arrived after midnight with the expectation that I would not have to order water from room service? That’s pretty bad.

They received us really well and gave us our room before check inn for a fee no problem, I paid for and exterior view they gave us an interior atrium view with one frosted window you can’t see anything we fell trapped but because the gave the room early my wife did not let me complain. The room and the hallways were dark with modern dark decor and no view of anything was like a inside cruise ship room without window. Went to breakfast the first day and they where more worried charging for the out off buffet omelette than treating you well when we left they ask again about the charge already paid inside never went back to the restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

Property was nice and in a good location. Large enough that all cabs knew where is was and always cabs waiting outside. Only complaint is that we didnt decline room service and never received any. We didnt complain, the nice staff would have likely accommodated but a declined room service came with offers we didnt receive.
