It’s a nice hotel but due to their remodeling and poor maintenance, it seemed like there were loud noises everywhere from the toilet in our room to a high-pitched sound in the breakfast room and the door closing always made a really loud slam. Comfortable bed and clean room.

The property was in renovation. Elevator was not working correctly and walls were filled with graffiti. The staff shortage was noticeable especially at breakfast. They kept running out of coffee and food. Our room was not cleaned/serviced during our stay. The refrigerator was broken and the hotel maintenance could not pull the old unit from the wall as the plug was behind a built-in panel. The staff did try to assist, but they kept running into barriers. So sad as I expected more from the Hyatt line of hotels.

Property under renovations, so noisy and dirty, they should have closed temporarily. Maid service made bed only; did not take out the trash, pickup the dirty towels, clean the wash basin, etc. Bed was old and springs made noise as you turn.

It is under renovation and workers start making a lot of noise very early (around 7:15 AM). The AC didn't cool more than 75. Only one elevator working and also used for cargo.

The property was nice, currently under reconstruction looking nice. Rooms are big and roomy. I like how they put the towel shelf inside the shower. Breakfast options could be upgraded. Overall nice.

We liked the area however the exhaust did’t work for bathroom which is not that big of a deal. I did talk to front desk and the engineer was supposed to call and come to fix it but never showed up!!
