- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 4 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area and driveway. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Please note that walking access to the Timberline chair is available only when weather permits and the chair is operating. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow or due to the chair being non-operational. Please check the Northstar website for daily lift operations.
- This residence has A/C in the bedrooms only. There is no A/C in the living area and kitchen.
- The driveway to this residence has a significant slope. 4WD/AWD or chains are required for the driveway in the winter months.
