Property is under renovation but the rooms that are finished are very nice. Breakfast my first morning was a little sparse but was good the second morning. I’m not pleased that they charge $12 for parking on top of the price of the room. I believe one vehicle should be included with the price of a room

Worst hotel ever very disgusting lack of customer
Very disgusting floor wasn’t even complete paint all over the walls and floor hallway was under construction really bad smell room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. Had to keep going down and grabbing my own supplies. Room was not clean. It was disgusting.

The property was ok. It was clean and the room did not smell bad at all. The thing I did not like is that I showed up after 1:00 am in the morning, the door was closed and the receptionist did not opend right away even do she knew it was very cold outside. After a good 10 minutes, I notice there was a phone outside wich I pick up to call. I have an pointment I said, then she ask me in a very unrush manner, your name, who do I reserve with and other unnessesary questions while we were freezing outside. Finaly she oppened the door, ask dor a credit card, and let is kow that there will be a $150 security deposit and that $15 parking fee will be deducted from it. I let her know that such a fee was not clearly specify when we purchased the reservation. When we were to our room, there were no watter bottle in it. I needes to take a pill and did not waana drink tap water. So mi wife went to the receptionist and asked for a water bottle. She say, they were $3 each. My wife told her what kind of joke was that. It has never in our life this has ever happened. She offered her a cup of water from inside. Once she brought it to me so I can take my pill, it just tasted like toilet water. This a terrible place regarding service. I do not recomended to any one.

Great stay
This was the first time I stayed here and I will come back. The rooms were clean and breakfast was awesome. Im not sure what her name was but the lady who took care of the meal area keeps it in A+ condition. She works hard and it shows. I vote her emoyee off the month. The only thing i ZDO NOT agree with is paying for parking. 12.00 dollars a day and then they say there not responsible for any thief or damage. Thats not stated when i made the reservations either. So overall nice place to stay very quiet and I would stay again.

The set up of the bathroom was so annoying the door was too big and opening it was a problem. This should have sliding door. The room was not as updated as other Hampton inn’s I have stayed in. And It’s ridiculous to be charged for parking if we are a guest there I mean where else would we park also there was not enough parking I had to park far and walk far with my handicapped daughter. The room has gap in door was pretty big and I could hear everyone outside of the room. The cold air was blowing in alot due to gap In door to hallway. I travel once a month here to Palmdale and I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a great location near everything like stores and food places but that’s the only good thing about staying here for me. Also I asked for downstairs near lobby so we didn’t have to walk far. We walked far from our car and to the end of the building to our room.

Overall stay was good. There is some renovating being done which they did not let us know about so when the elevator doors opened to our floor it was a shock to see paper on the floors and ladders and buckets around. First thought that is was a janky hotel! There was some noise from construction during the day but that ended about 5 pm . room was very nice, clean and spacious. And they were able to accommodate adjoining rooms so that was a plus. Breakfast was good. May need to consider some additional foods as there was not a selection for gluten free or soy free foods.
