3rd party booking bias
Beware of booking here. Front desk mentioned SEVERAL times that we were a 3rd party booking. We were given a room with no working phone and outlets near the bed that didn’t work. There was blood on the bathroom door and our duvet. It was not easy navigating how to get off this property and onto the strip at night. Hilton is really slipping. This was a poor experience.

The property is very convenient for families with kids. It's like living at home away from home. We had an excellent stay at this place. It is a plus that we can cook and do laundry. The place was very clean and modern. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Good location but very tired
Great location in Las Vegas, but the hotel decor is tired and the room was not clean, I had to wipe everything down with a damp face cloth and the kitchenette, I had to wash all the items before I used them and even had to clean out the kettle and coffee machine as I think someone had boiled coffee in the kettle. On D2, room service came to clean my room and removed the complimentary shower gel from my shower, even though it was not empty. When I asked at reception for it to be replaced, I was told they had run out and offered a bar of soap.

Great property! Kitchen is a dream in Vegas with food prices. Clean. Kind staff. Free movie rentals was a lovely surprise. Hotel kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. Very close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location, close to the monorail and offered parking voucher during the stay. I also liked the ease of entering the building after hours. My favorite thing about the room was that it had a washer and dryer.
