Stay at Paris Resort, Las Vegas!

We had an amazing room and offered a fountain few. My only complaint was that the windows were filthy. Hotel customer service contacted me and apologized and were kind enough to remove our resort fee on both nights. We will return! Love this resort!

Overall this hotel is great. It offers extensive options from a restaurant and shopping perspective. It is connected to the Horseshoe which expands these options even further. There was one thing that drove me crazy. The WiFi policy is so outdated I had to read it twice. Only 2 devices per room are allowed. After that 14.99 per device. That meant that my 2 kid couldn't use WiFi, I had to hot spot my work computer. We spent too much time worried that we had triggered the $14.99 fee. It seemed so unnecessary and irritating. Also, Expedia, should make it more clear when they book these rooms that there is an onsite 'resort' fee of $50USD that must paid directly to the hotel. On an already expensive trip, this was an unpleasant surprise. When selling me the room, Expedia should have made it clear there were further charges to be paid. If they did, it is not clear enough because i missed it. Overall a great trip but for these two things.

We didn't get the type of room we originally paid for, which was a corner room. The first room we were checked into smelled so badly and the shower wouldn't put out enough water to get the soap off. The front desk did nothing to help. Finally about two am we were moved to a room with double beds. Service sucked until we finally got a call from Meredith.

Pros: they have luggage storage if you arrive early before checkin or if you have a late flight after hotel checkout. Alexxa and Mon Ami Gabi on site are great dining options (reservations highly recommended). Close to Bellagio, Ceasar’s Palace and many shopping spots. Bus has a pick up right in front and the monorail has an access stop here as well. Cons: rideshare pickup is in the parking garage. Tower access for rooms is a bit confusing as access is shared with Horseshoe casino that is next door.

Room was not clean and was beat up ie) missing knobs, chipped paint, trim hanging off the cabinets. Parking was $20 for self and $40 for valet. Resort fee only covered 2 devices (aka phones) on WiFi and was an additional $15/day for any more devices. Lines were long at all quick service restaurants and we waited more than 30 minutes for food even in down times. 1 ply toilet paper, didn't clean the room even when we called housekeeping to request it. Do not recommend.

I had originally booked a room overlooking the strip and belagio fountain but instead was given a room overlooking roof and air conditioning units. Was very disappointed in the choice I was given. Also no shampoo or conditioner like hotels have. Only 3 towels for 4 people. Requested more but finally saw the towel carts next day and was given at that time.
