Peaceful Lakeview Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with views of the Lake. Perfect place for morning coffee overlooking a beautiful lake with ducks, Canadian geese, and one white swan. But the highlight was right before dusk we witnessed a Doe with her two little fawn making their way across the back of lot going up the hill! Love everything! Nina & Garrett

We didn't want to leave
We loved this home and the beautiful area. It was very relaxing being away from the city yet still convenient to everything we needed. We had our 2 dogs with us and the house was great for them as well! We loved the open concept, the cleanliness, the comfy couch, the property with creek and small lake. We will definitely be back! The host communicated very well as needed and respected our privacy at the same time.

Long weekend trip.
The Guest house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed fishing in the lake and the quiet of the back yard when we were not out exploring all that Little Rock had to offer. Although the owners were next door, they respected our privacy. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town to hang out with our daughter and spend time in the Ouchita Forest. This place was perfect. Great location, comfortable and private. Plenty of room for our pups to play. We enjoyed the stay and plan on coming back.

Weekend getaway
I have stayed at many house rentals and this one by far is the one most representative of the photos provided by the owners. Very clean, cozy, excellent location, and the owners were very helpful yet allowed for our privacy and provided detailed instructions where the rental was and how to get in. Only small drawback is the owner requires mandatory purchase of insurance but this is probably necessary from past experience. It is not enough to deter me from a future stay!

Great stay!
We were only at the Guest House for a short time, but it was a great time! The house was very nice! It had everything advertised and so much more. All the little touches included in the home made it feel special. We truly felt pampered! We enjoyed our stay, and our dog also enjoyed his stay. We will definitely be back when were in the area.

Beautiful view out the back porch, surrounded by trees and a creek. Very comfortable bed, sitting area and kitchen, had all the essentials. Nice area for walking our dogs. Would definitely stay again!
