I liked that it was clean, staff cares about the rooms being in top shape…staff in general at front desk and at dining area were very nice very helpful..Great customer service…what I didn’t like that I was not aware of a $55.00 parking fee per day…other than that I will be back again…I needed some peace and quiet and I found that here..

The staff was amazing everyone was so nice! My only knock on the hotel is it needs reno and because it is an airport hotel there were some inconsiderate and loud guests who hadnt a care in the world of other guests' needs for a good nights sleep. The hotel shuttle service is amazing i recommend this hotel for a park and fly or a short business stay.

Called front desk to fix unplugged TV after I plugged back in the channels were restricted. They were to send someone; NEVER came to fix it. Also charging outlets near bed unplugged and no easy access to plug back in. The other charging station on TV stand didn't work too. Front desk didn't answer phone on several attempts to fix the problem.

the room was dirty you could see the the grey dust on the carpet. ac was not working, elevator was not working. the vent on the bathroom was not working. and when we were about to leave the elevator was not working. We were lucky that we decided to leave earlier, or we would had missed the flight

I've stayed at this property before. This time was not good. The elevators were outdated slow and erratic. When I finally got one, when I got it on the elevator, multiple buttons had been pushed so I had to stop four times on my way to the sixth floor. I thought somebody had done it as a prank. I later came to find out it is because the elevators are faulty. In the morning when I was ready to leave on the 6th floor there was a couple with the luggage waiting at the elevator when I got there. The elevators were not working. I had to walk down six floors to the ground floor. I then called the elevator. I then got on the elevator and went back to the sixth floor to help that family get back to the first floor. I noticed that when I got on the elevator those buttons lit up again. It's a technical glitch with the elevator. The floor of my room was not clean. When I took my shoes off was walking in my stocking feet, my sock stuck to the carpet. It pulled my sock off and when I stepped in the carpet it felt sticky all over the room. There's a musty smell in the room. The air conditioning in the room did not work. I found out from that family the air conditioning in their room did not work either. Finally, the complimentary bottle of water in my room was only half full.
