The property was very convenient to the convention center for the event we were attending. It was walkable to numerous restaurants. The staff were all pleasant. And like most places maid service non-existent unless requested. Items needed were brought by a staff person. Eggs the first couple of days were cold. The juice machine was non-functional the entire week we were there. And the bathroom outside the breakfast area was out of order, also the entire week. The exterior of the buildings are beginning to show wear and deterioration, however, inside the units were in good condition. Although we liked having the 2 bedroom, 2 baths, the stairs, especially with luggage for our senior group was difficult.

The kitchen was missing dish soap, paper towels, and dish cloth so it was missing some of the essentials the bathroom the tub looked dirty. Not sure if it was stained or not. Wallpaper was peeling off of the shower and there was no hot water. This was probably the worst stay there ever and I stay there quite often. I highly doubt my boyfriend‘s gonna wanna stay there again

The staff was very helpful with arrangements for my disabled mother who was staying there when she was evacuated for the Eaton Fire. We needed a first floor wheelchair-accessible room and and extra key and parking pass to be picked up by her caregiver. Everything worked out perfectly.

I was on the first floor and the oom was very noisy from the second floor. Guests. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap available and no hairdryer. Room was clean, but amenities were definitely lacking.

I needed to cancel an hour and a half after making the reservation but they said I had to cancel the day before. That’s idiotic. I have a “case” opened but have not heard anything. NOT HAPPY! We are Eaton fire evacuees and our situation is constantly evolving. Some help would be appreciated.

Not impressed

Stayed at this property due to an evacuation. The night Manager was a bit off putting to the newly hired trainee when I arrived. The room was clean enough but was disappointed because there were many ants in the bathroom and there was minimal kitchen appliances like plates and utensils. Ex/ the room accommodates 6 people however we had dishes for only 2 people. Guess I could’ve asked for more. The breakfast, if you can call it that, was really poor. It appeared they set dood out at 7am and that’s it. When we arrived at 8:30am there was a burnt waffle in the waffle maker, the second waffle maker was jot working, the toaster was also jot working, there were only a cupful of dried eggs in one if the 3 warmers, the dried cereal looked as if it had been in the containers for months and the orange juice was clear like the color of water. The coffee and creamers were good though! I will most likely stay here only in case of emergencies and also if it’s the only property available. I did like the fact that it was pet friendly and that fee was nominal!
