One of the bell men’s was not too pleasant. Seemed like he had an attitude because I didn’t want to use their Taxi services but instead I ordered my own uber (which is insanely cheaper). His directions to where the Uber picks up people were vague and not helpful. Also the money exchange ladies did not have the best customer service. Most of the employees there speaks or understand English well enough to communicate but the money exchange ladies had a language barrier which they didn’t comprehend English too well. Besides that a gorgeous property that I highly recommend! The housekeepers were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Kept my room nice and tidy and fresh towels everyday if you need them! Would’ve been a five star for sure if I didn’t run into those two misfortune discrepancies. But I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Cabo!

The variety of food at the buffet was great but none of the food felt authentic. The japanese food was great but it wasn't freshly made. I ate there twice and the food was room temprature. Everthing esle was exceptional but need improvement on the food.

This property was one of the best all inclusive experiences we have been to. The service, food, accomodations, pools, beach, cleanliness, entertainment, landscape and all staff were above and beyond our highest expectations. We had a wonderful time. The owners of this property should be extremely proud of their staff!

Great hotel, fabulous spacious bedroom, great food & beverages offering, great outdoor areas with multiple pools. Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend this resort!

I'm kind of picky about good food, but the food all week was awesome. I'm not sure if the food is always this good, but they put on a feast for new years eve and new years day! Its pretty awesome that you can go to the other Rui properties next door. Adult only is the way to go. Its right on the beach and all the amenities were great. The pools are clean, and they clean the rooms very good. I would definitely recommend this location.

Not the best hotel.
A menos de que se vayan solo a empedar no recomendamos el hotel. Mucho ruido por las noches, bebidas alcohólicas con sabor raro, el colchón súper aguado y solo tendían la cama pero lo demás lo dejaban sin más limpieza. La comida bastante grasosa. Actitud de servicio de la mayoría del staff bastante deficiente. La playa que tiene al frente bastante linda.
