At the top of the stairs of the third floor is a small futon great for two small kids or one adult. There is a stackable washer and dryer before heading to the third floor. Each bedroom has its own TV. 2 parking places are available. 1 parking spot is assigned in the covered parking garage below the building and other spot is outdoors and is first come first serve.
