Escape rannikkokaupunki Manzanita ja tämä rentouttava neljän makuuhuoneen koti on upeat näkymät Tyynellemerelle ja Neahkahnie Mountain. Sprawling makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke, bonus oleskelutila, jossa on tv, ja ulosvedettävä sohva. Myös yläkerrassa on olohuone, joka avautuu suurelle kannelle merelle päin. Stereo sisältää sekä klassiset CD-levyt että kasetit sekä Bluetooth.

Alakerrassa on viihdekeskeinen olohuone, jossa on HD-TV, pelaaminen (Xbox One) ja DVD-soitin. Premium-kaapelissa on HBO, ESPN ja paljon muuta. On täysi kylpyamme on kaksi makuuhuonetta: yksi king makuuhuone ja toinen huone sopii lapsille, jossa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja kerrossänky. Week at the beach!
We enjoyed a lovely time at this home. We loved the views and the short walk to the beach. The home was comfortable for our 9 family members. Owners were very responsive. The list of restaurants and places to visit was very thoughtful!

Family Fest
Our two families with young children had a wonderful stay at Pelican Point. Manzanita is always charming, but this house is wonderfully furnished and supplied with almost everything you want in a vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked, which is a big money saver. Plus, the audio system is a treat for music fans. Finally, the master bedroom is an apartment unto itself, giving everyone space to relax. The owners are also very responsive. Don't forget your bike helmets-- it's an easy ride to town or the state park.

Great location and a perfect family spot
We had a great time at Pelican Point. Teenagers loved their own space dowstairs. They even did some bike riding with the house bikes. Upstairs we had great views and the space was cozy. We would stay again.

Triple hit!
Our third time staying at Pelican Point for a week was every bit as enjoyable as our previous times. Updates to a bathroom and bedroom are very nice! As usual, we found the house clean, kitchen well stocked and organized, plenty of beach towels available and great sand toys! The house is so nice and comfortable and the views of the ocean so spectacular. With the short walk to the beach, Pelican Point is a fabulous place to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

A Relaxing Space
Pelican Point is a great family beach rental. Steps from the beach, bikes/toys in the garage, plenty of space for all and an eclectic vibe that made it easy to relax. The property managers were responsive and attended to the little details. Thank you!

Perfect getaway
We had four generation family vacation here, ages 5-91. It was perfect. Lots of room, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. We went to the beach, cooked seafood, and put puzzles together The house is set up so we could be all together , or we could get away for quiet time. The house was spotless, and very well stocked. Perfect!!!

Perfect Pacific Coast Location
Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as we expected and it provided everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy (even for some of us with older legs) 😊 and we could walk to town. Also, Oswald West hiking trail was gorgeous and within 5 miles of the house! Great experience all around!

We had a great stay with extended family for 6 days. Location is wonderful right by the dunes and beach, one mile from the grocery in Manzanita. The house is comfortable and great for both kids and adults.

Christmas at the beach!
Great house - especially with some very wintry weather (even for Christmas at the beach), we spent more time indoors and less time out exploring than we would have figured. The house has 3 different seating areas, so folks could spread out when the wanted to, but easily fit us when we were together. The kitchen cooked us several holiday meals, and it was nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs as well. We had an awesome time, and the hosts were great about checking in with us.

Nice location
Positioned in south Manzanita, steps from the beach. Quiet, with great views from the main deck. House itself is older construction (actually a converted duplex), with a few upgrades (bathrooms, appliances) but also older furnishings, and so not sure it commands the price we paid.

Wonderful location
This property was perfect for our get-away. It had enough space for our family and we enjoyed the location, close to the beach and the house was full of all the kitchen items we needed as well as toys for the kids and spaces to spread out.

Getaway in times of quarantine
We could not have been happier with this property. After our first 24 hours there we were already discussing when we should rent it again next year. Great space for adults and children to spend time together but apart. Our kids had a fun time riding bikes and their skateboards on the concrete parking pad, running around on the deck, playing cornhole, and playing with bubbles. The adults had a wonderful time picking out CDs, cooking and grilling, and dragging the kids to the beach and back. An easy walk to Manzanita and a quick drive to Nehalem. We took our bigger little kids (all 5 and under) on some very friendly and well-maintained bike paths a couple of days in a row. The beaches nearby and the beach that is half a block away are all easy to spend an entire day on. Two kitchens may seem excessive, but it was great to have our kids eat breakfast and watch cartoons downstairs while adults slept in or cooked a far superior breakfast upstairs. The home is mostly well-maintained (a little regular wear and tear in places, I'm sure because it is a popular rental) and easy to be comfortable in. The owner is incredibly responsive and is someone I would be happy to rent from again. Given that we are in "quarantine times" I was pleased to see that the house cleaner who arrived as we were checking out was ready with a mask and disinfectant. Great space, great access to everything you want to enjoy in and around Manzanita, great owner, and a place I would hope to return to. Oh! And the little soaps that they talk about and their property listing? So. Charming.
