Marco Island 10th Floor Condo - Captivating Penthouse Beach Views!

Residents of Naples, Michael and Rhonda Sammons present this unbelievable 5 star beach front condo Apollo Unit 1006 is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath 10th floor center unit with a 100% private balcony. The condo is located in the Apollo Condos directly on Marco Island Beach. ONLY the center units in the Apollo complex offer complete privacy, the other units balcony's are exposed to the unit next door to you.

We also own unit 906 directly below, so we are able to provide memorable weeks for more of our wonderful guests!
In August of 2025 we will be renovating unit 1006 to resemble the renovation we did in unit 906 in 2020. This will allow us to better accommodate guests with additional availability!
***The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. We always rent SATURDAY - SATURDAY from January to mid April (in season), Mid April - December we allow rentals on any day with a minimum 3-4 day stay***

We manage our own rental (so we have no rental agency fees of any kind) and we charge the lowest rates for a 1 week rental directly on Marco Island Beach. High speed internet and cable TV in the living room and the bedroom is included for free. The laundry room is 20 Feet from your unit for convenience. The unobstructed view from the private balcony is simply breath taking.


Located on the south end of the Island, 900 S. collier Blvd. Unit 1006 is ¾ of a mile south of the JW Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach ( 10th Floor Center Unit) and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door that opens up fully to warm ocean breezes. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is simply spectacular. You are directly on the beach for easy access the unit has direct beach access.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, tiled floor and new furniture. and there is 1 queen sleeper/sofa in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and everything you will need to make your vacation perfect. The unit is equipped with HIGH SPEED Internet, 2 TVs / DVD player, all linens, bath towels, 6' thick beach towels, beach chairs and beach cooler (along with a beach cart to bring all the toys to the beach). The unit has a private balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing.

The Apollo condo complex has a huge heated pool, Hot Tub ,work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the SunSet Grill just an elevator ride from your unit. Within less than a 1/2 mile walk are over 40 restaurants/bars and numerous shop and stores for exploring.

PLEASE NOTE AS OF OCTOBER 1ST 2015 There is a mandatory one time $45parking fee, The parking lot will now be gated and the only way in and out is with a special tag that activates the gate. In addition, there will also be a $75 deposit for this tag. This deposit will be refunded through the association at the end of your stay!

Terrific location and accomodations. The condominium was great. Clean and nicely furnished, along with chairs / umbrellas for the beach. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony is memorable! Access into the property and condo was easy. Owners have done a great job keeping everything clear and simple! This was one of those places that you dont want to review too good so it will be available the next time you want to stay. We really enjoyed out stay at Apollo 1006. The views of the beach and sunset are great from the kitchen/living room & balcony. We enjoyed having the beach accessories in the outside closet. The beach chairs were great to have. The owners are very attentive and both stay in contact with you leading up to and during your stay. Thank you!

Stellar property, safe and immaculate. The views and access to the beach are amazing and the bed is comfortable- a big deal when on vacation. The condo itself is so tastefully decorated and the storage closet of beach toys and chairs, etc. made it all even better! Would love to return some day. This was our second time at this wonderful condo. You cannot beat the communication with our hosts, Rhonda & Michael. They checked in on us during the planning stages & were even able to give us ideas for dinner. One of my favorite things is the outside storage closet. Love sand under my feet at the beach but not so much inside. Not having to drag chairs inside was divine! If they will have us, we will definitely return. Thanks Rhonda & Michael for the use of your terrific condo!

My wife and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the sunset every night. Lots of things to do around this area. Would recommend booking any jet ski or water sports at least a day or two in advance as they get booked up. Would stay again.

The views from the balcony are just breathtaking with the most beautiful sunsets!! We highly recommend this unit, it is wonderfully comfortable, clean, and well stocked, it has just all you need for a great vacation!
