Oregon Vacation
The house was extremely clean, the yard was amazing. With permission, we enjoyed all the wonder fruit available right in the backyard! The garage game room was perfect. And very much enjoyed playing all the games with my grandson. The property is beyond kid and family friendly! I really dont have any negatives. If I had to say anything it would be that the neighborhood was not the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I would book the property again.

Good Base for Crater Lake
We stayed here when we took my dad to Crater Lake. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We did notice the water heater can't keep up with multiple guests. We had to work out a shower schedule and keep them short so we didn't have icy showers.

Amazing stay, hosts were awesome and very responsive, the home itself was super clean and had all necessities for our stay. The backyard is beautiful, that’s where we spent most of our time. Great for kids, we had a little one with us who was occupied the entire time with all the toys and activities the house had to offer.

Travel Ball Weekend
We came up to Medford for a travel ball tournament and can't say enough great things about this house. It is definitely set up for a family/families to come stay. They have everything there you could need, and have all ages covered from high chairs to teens. The yard is amazing, and the house is very well kept. It was raining the weekend we were there and the kids (and husbands) were never bored thanks to the game room! The mud room in the front was perfect for our baseball players to drop their gear and take their cleats off. We will definitely book this house for any trip in the area.

We were completely blown away with this home. The whole property has been very well maintained and cared for. Everything, and I mean everything was in excellent working condition. A huge highlight was the amount of games and activities available to us. The (very large) backyard had play equipment for small children, Cornhole, horseshoes, just to name a few. The garage has been converted into a game room. Our favorites were the air hockey table and basketball hoops game! Our three year old was fond of the magnetic darts, and she fully took advantage of the steps tools available to her around the house. I'd also like to mention how comfortable our beds and mattresses were... In all three bedrooms, including the bunk bed that I occasionally shared with our daughter. We took advantage of the kitchen and large dinner table for meals. The fully stocked spice cabinet was also a plus. Okay, then there's the shower. It was just so nice! Huge shower head with extra heads running down the wall. I did have to read the manual on how to turn it on however! And heated bathroom floors.... Very nice during our winter stay. It is clear that Brian and Allison have put a lot of love and care into this home. We felt so very taken cared of would highly recommend this home. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

Young Family Retreat
This property was perfect for my family, with kids ages 6, 4, 2, and 4months. The furnishings were kid-friendly and I did not have to chase them around making sure they wouldn't break anything. There was a satisfactory amount of toys and books to entertain them, and the yard was amazing! We were fortunate enough to come when most of the fruit was ripening, and my kids enjoyed nibbling on strawberries, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, and apples. The cherries were too far gone, much to their disappointment. In the game room, my older kids could only enjoy the air hockey table, but older kids and teens are sure to enjoy the rest of the game room! The kitchen is very well stocked with mixing bowls, baking dishes, measuring cups, spoons/spatulas/etc. and many appliances. In fact, ALL of the cabinet space is filled with kitchen tools, so you will probably find what you need already there. The location is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible, and is very close to a grocery store, with plenty of dining options nearby, even with our dietary restrictions. And the management was awesome! They thoughtfully contacted us before our trip so they could set the thermostat to our liking. When we noticed the batteries were failing on the keypad for the deadbolt, they promptly switched it out. Thank you for the great stay! We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Exceptionally clean house with great play structure and toys for kids.
The house itself is great and we would go back if it was in another location. The neighborhood is run down. Recommendation: new bed comforter and pillows bc they were pin-thin. The bed mattresses were very comfortable though. Overall, you cannot beat the price nor the cleanliness.

The property was very clean. Great back yard to sit and read or if you had younger kids there was plenty to do. Fun game room. I appreciated the owners asking what temp we liked the house and they had great to do books I would stay again
