Could've been better
Our stay was only for one night, but I noticed a few things that indicated the hotel hasn't been well kept. There was rust EVERYWHERE!! it was on the lamps, the ceiling, EVERYWHERE! There was an unpleasant smell upon entering our room. Our bathroom door got stuck and the maintenance guy had to come pry it open with his tools. Aside from those few things, the service was fine.

While the rooms were clean, the bathroom didn't have hand soap and the shower was luke warm. I asked for more towels since I had 4 guests and was told, "aren't you checking out, why do you need more towels". Mind you, I checked in about 9 p.m., the night before, after driving 12 hours and was ready to crash. Overall the front desk staff was polite and made check in easy.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However, my adult son needed to sleep on the fold-out sofa bed and this mattress was extremely lacking in comfort. The mattress was thin and the bed frame was tilted at about a 15 degree downward from the head of the sofa bed. There also was a stiff spring / support bar poking up through the thin mattress.

Way over rated!
This place was way below what I expected based on the 8.4 rating. The room was much smaller than the pictures indicate and very dated. There were several holes in the wall. Breakfast was ok, but very cramped area. Staff was pretty friendly, but overall, not a place I would recommend or visit again.

Ok place to stay for 2 nights.
They picked towles after the 1st night but we had to ask at 10 p.m. for the night desk person to replace and the ones she gave us were very thin. Door lock was very difficult to lock and unlock. Electronic key did not work on entrance door and needed to wait for front desk to come. Breakfast waffles were good, sausage patties were fatty.
