Good for our needs.

During our visit the pool was opened but did not have enough water ( I believe ) for it to run through filters, so the water was cold, and did not appear to be running through pumps at all. Staff was friendly but Hotels website did not inform me that my reservations would have to be paid using only card, when I originally picked pay at hotel, cause I usually pay cash for all hotel stays.

This is a fantastic little hotel. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you!! If your looking for quiet clean and wonderful staff this place is for you. It’s close to the beach and they provide chairs and umbrellas to take with you. The internet was failing when we were there. We stayed for a couple days before our cruise. Would stay there again.

The host at check in was great. But the place was not clean, I saw a roach in the bathroom and other bugs and insects in the room. Toilet and shower is one floor so you have to step in a wet floor to use the bathroom. The host i spoke to in the morning to try to change rooms was not customer service oriented.I spent the night not sleeping and had to drive back to Tampa in the morning because I didn’t have money for another property. So I lost the money for that day leaving the place at 9:30 am.

Great customer service. Nice, clean, simple rooms. Good layout. Great access to beach. 1 block away to nice bike/scooter trails and beach access. Had a great time:)

Check in was super easy and staff was great! The building is old and showing some age but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. We did have an issue while we were there and though they could not fix it they were very quick to respond and come up with a solution. We stayed for 1 night prior to a cruise and would stay again.

Great place. Very nice people. Trying to keep this old place working. Many things are updated. It is very clean! I was pleasantly surprised with the room, it included whole kitchen with fridge, microwave, stovetop, utensils... Quiet area. Walking distance from the beach. They provide you with a beach umbrella and towels. Recommend.
