The apartment was nice but it's in a very noisy area. There was noise heard on the 10th floor at all hours of the night and we barely got any sleep. Also the security people are not friendly or helpful at all.

The apartment was in a fabulous location with great restaurants within a block, even a Publix. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. But the living room furniture was horribly uncomfortable. There was not enough towels and no wash clothes or bath mats. There were not even 4 glasses in the kitchen or coffee cups or wine glasses. All together they didn’t add to 4. The second bedroom was impossible to get around in as there were 2 queen beds not twins. We couldn’t get our suitcases in the room. That said, it worked well for one night but much longer would be very trying.

Property is ideally located amidst all restaurants and stores at Mary Brickell Village. Room was very clean, 2 full bathrooms and our host Natasha was an absolute darling...very helpful and prompt each time we spoke. Only downside I think is that the front door needs a better more secured lock. Recommends this apartment.

Overall great experience. Only thing is that I do agree with is the noise. Late at night/slash early morning its very loud. Its noise coming from the people thats at the bar:/. Although that was a minor issue, I still would come back.
