Great check-in , upgraded… staff all friendly, helpful and professional. They couldn’t do enough for us ! Nice rooms , very spacious for Miami … they provided beach chairs, towels and bikes!

Never again, 3 night stay post cruise! Hotel had dogs howling in the night and running up the corridor playing fetch! Overpowering smell of chlorine in room post housekeeping service! Toilets in hotel not always working in public areas! Hotel restaurant lied to us saying it was Happy hour when we were taken through for a drink, upon receiving our bill it was charged full price and then told it was a mistake that happy hour is only on Thursdays , charged $40 for 2 basic drinks this is outrageous! The restaurant lost opportunities for us to spend time and money in the establishment during our stay because of this, we chose other restaurants close by instead, shane gor the restaurant as they were always empty compared to neighbouring restaurants! Hotel bedding was so uncomfortable with a saggy soft mattress!

The room we were booked into had the smallest bathroom of any hotel I have ever been in. Other than that it was a very nice hotel. There is only valet parking onsite for 45 dollars, but there is a multi-story parking structure just behind the hotel for 20 dollars a day, a much better deal. It had a very nice restaurant, but the service for breakfast was very slow.

Good location. I really enjoyed the access to Crunch fitness gym which is included with the daily hotel fees. Beach chairs and towels came in handy too.

When I booked the hotel through the hotel's website, it said that breakfast was included in the price, but at the front desk they told me that I was not entitled to breakfast. I was very disappointed. There is no kettle and no tea in the room.
