They pick me up from the airport dropped me back off to the airport when it was time to leave and they also greet you with warm cookies. Super friendly and convenient

Inside the room we could heard some noise between the rooms and the hallway. No ATM in the hotel. Parking is at extra charge at $10.00 a day, in my opinion, this charge should be covered by the hotel. Other than that, was very pleasant to stay, cean, nice staff, good location.

I’m a pretty easy to please person, this hotel is dated. I can deal with dated, as long as it’s clean. It was NOT. Our room had filthy carpet, tables and phone were sticky. The bed sheets and comforter were DISGUSTING, old blood stains and other stains of god knows what. We asked for sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch, they brought up warm sheets with FRANK RED BLOOD on them. I was disgusted. The health department needs to come inspect this place. I usually stay at Marriott hotels, I’ll stick to that.

Convenient to the airport & a very good value. The property shows some wear, but mostly acceptable. Our room was fine, except some lights did not work nor did the fridge. The shuttle was a bit slow, but the airport was nuts - so not really their fault.

My room was dirty. They didn’t vacuum and the toilet had pee around the screws on the toilet. The tiles were cracked in the tub and the faucet was not connected to the wall. The breakfast buffet was $35! Yikes.

Shuttle does not run after 11pm. Restaurants are closed after 11. No one answers the phone at night. If your flight is late, then you are on your own. Surprised that a big convention hotel shuts down on a Friday night so early for people coming in from out of town. Minor problem but we reserved a king room and got 2 queens. And it was so cold all night and room temp could not be adjusted.

The first one we were in was dirty and had a bad smell and the toilet was running so they had to change us to a different room. Then we went to the new room which was much bigger, but it was still dirty. It looked like it had a party in the maid hadn’t properly cleaned it. We came back the next day after our cruise was complete which was January 5 and the room they put us in was decent, but it still needed to be clean.

The curtains in the room were broken and the reception manager did not check my reservation properly and charged me more. I wasted about 2 hours calling you and in the end she charged me incorrectly and then returned my money a few days later. This is unacceptable.
