Hotel was luxorius and beautiful, almost royal with those crystal chandeliers. Staff was helpfull. I will give 10/10 to this hotel!

Our rooms were very spacious and clean. The people friendly and helpful. Most of London's sight are within walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay

Schönes Zimmer, leider sehr weit vom Eingang und der Rezeption entfernt. Im Lavabo lief das Wasser nur ganz langsam ab, der Ablauf war wohl verstopft.
