Welcome to Beach Manor 111, affectionately known as our "Seagrass Oasis." This beachfront, ground-floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfectly situated in Miramar Beach. Ideal for travelers who prefer to avoid long elevator waits, this cozy retreat offers a private patio that opens to a lush green lawn, with the beach and pool just steps away—making it the ultimate beachfront getaway.

Inside, you'll discover a bright and inviting living space with ample seating for the entire family. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with essential utensils, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, and appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also included.

The master bedroom boasts a spacious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom features three twin beds. With plenty of closet space throughout, both bathrooms include vanity areas— the master bath offers a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The living room’s sleeper sofa allows for two additional guests, making this condo a perfect home away from home for your beach trip.

Located just 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area, the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort provides fun and relaxation for all ages, while offering a serene escape just minutes from shopping, dining, and activities. With the Beach Manor building sitting directly on the beach, you'll only need a few quick steps to feel the soft, white sands beneath your feet. A nature preserve to the east enhances the picturesque surroundings, providing stunning scenery and opportunities for wildlife sightings, all while ensuring a less crowded beach experience.
