This unit has been beautifully updated with new decor and artwork throughout, including two comfortable recliners in the living room and smart flat-screen HDTVs in every room. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family, complemented by a high-top dining table that comfortably seats six. You'll also appreciate the new flooring throughout the living room, dining room, and hallways.

The master bedroom features its own private balcony with stunning views of the emerald-green Gulf, a brand-new king-size mattress, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious, updated double vanity. The guest bedroom offers a new queen-size mattress and ample closet space, conveniently located next to the guest bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and a tiled tub. The only item you'll need to bring are your beach towels—so what are you waiting for?

Additionally, enjoy complimentary bicycle rentals through a special arrangement with Big Daddy's Bike Shop on 30A. Perfect and Beautiful Family Vacation
The property exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Stunning views of the ocean! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, the building provided ease of access to pools and beach, and bedrooms were comfortable. A highlight of the week was the spectacular firework show we could see from the beach for the 4th of July! Will definitely return, great experience.

Great Vacation!
Very clean and nice condo with an amazing oceanfront view. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen was nice and had plenty of utensils for cooking. There were actually 8 beach chairs (4 VERY nice “backpack-able” chairs) with 2 umbrellas (one umbrella did have a few holes, but served it’s puspose). Easy access to the beach. It can be somewhat of a haul to the “public” beach area to set up your own chairs because the condo puts out A LOT of chairs/umbrellas for rent. You are also able to use amenities of the next door Tops’l resort which has a poolside bar and other family based activities throughout the week - cash only. We did not use the bike rental program provided by the condo d/t inability to keep the bikes overnight. The program is for “park and ride” - meaning you park your car there and ride the bikes. Bikes can only be used until sundown on the day-of rental. Therefore, for convience sake we rented a couple of bikes from Fun Pug Bike Rental - they were amazing bikes! Casey the owner of Fun Pug was also great and was very easily reachable for questions and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. We would highly recommend Fun Pug if you are wanting to have bikes throughout the trip like we did. Our communication with the property managers of the unit was great - they always responded very promptly and actually notified us that we could stay an additional day - which we decided to do! Overall would rate our experience a 5/5. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is as described. The view from the living room window is spectacular; even on days you wouldn’t go to the beach, you could feel like you were there. If you have parking garage anxiety because of tights fits, take your meds.

Beware of hidden fees & dirty condo
The view was great but other guests were loud and obnoxious. The room was very dirty, you could write your name in the dust. Mold in the showers. Greasy stove top. Old warn furniture & they tried to salvage old mattresses by adding foam toppers. Very disappointing for the high price paid! Rental agency sent too many text messages daily and one at midnight the night before checkout. Cleaning crew was knocking at the door to get in before checkout time. You pay a high cleaning fee for a dirty room but then you are required to do the dishes, take out the trash and strip the beds - that is crazy - they should refund the cleaning fees! In addition to the price of the room they billed a separate VRBO fee. Not worth it! Keep looking!

When you enter the unit you get what you’ve seen in the pictures… great view … great access to the beach and a comfortable living space. Management company is very easy to work with, and answers any questions on a timely manner. Take a deep breath and enjoy your stay!

Nicely done condo in perfect location
Beach Manor 309 exceeded our expectations! The unit is tastefully furnished and feels spacious with 9-ft ceilings. They provided everything we needed. Loved the floor to ceiling Windows overlooking the white sand beach and the lanai with sunset views. Appreciated being able to park on our condo level in a secure and covered garage. Tops’l Resort is an ideal location at the east end of Miramar Beach and next to the empty beaches of the State Park.
