There will be no need to venture far from home base on this vacation, as a plethora of delicious restaurants await at the village less than a half-mile away, so you and your guests can simply walk to grab a bite to eat. The area is full of stunning golf courses as well, so bring your clubs along and indulge in an unforgettable round of 18. If the sugar-white sand is calling your name, make your way to Miramar Beach just three-and-a-half miles south.
THINGS TO KNOW
* Please note that construction on the exterior of the building will begin on September 3 to December 20, 2024, weather permitting. This is a tentative schedule, and construction windows may move as needed. Each set of balconies is scheduled to be closed for 4 weeks. However, as individual balconies are completed, they will be re-opened, rather than remaining closed for the entire 4 weeks. The project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction times will take place from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and project noise throughout the complex is expected during these times.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
