Huntington by the Sea 303 is located on the third floor, providing unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious, private balcony. This condo also has a sofa bed in the den area. Upon entering, you will fall in love with the gorgeous tile floor and exquisite décor throughout, along with the added convenience of having a washer and dryer combination in the unit. Towards the entrance, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, which leads to its own private bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you will find the well-equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated kitchen on your left which opens directly into the dining area and living room. The dining room table seats up to six guests comfortably, perfect for the whole family. The living room has a large television along with a DVD player and endless DVD rentals. Take a glance directly out to the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches from your large balcony. There is also plenty of furniture available on the balcony to enjoy the warm breeze or watch the sun rise and set each day. Huntington by the Sea offers a perfect getaway atmosphere, offering a large seasonally heated outdoor pool, a beach gazebo and on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great stay!!
I love this property. Second year in a row that we stayed here. It’s a great location for families, it’s not real crowded and has its own little piece of private beach. The only con is there aren’t washer/dryers in the 1-4th floor units. They are located on each floor towards the end so make sure you have a card to swipe to pay to wash and dry your clothes.

Beautiful Location
The condo was located right on the beach, steps away from white sand. The condo could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet paper holder and shower bar had rust on them. Beds were comfortable!

Pleasant and cozy
Our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect. My only complaint is the rule regarding not leaving wagons, floats, boogie boards, etc. outside the door so you don’t track sand into the condo. I understand keeping the property nice and presentable, but it would be nice to have an area close to your condo to put your beach stuff. Also, you have to pay each time you wash/dry your clothes.

Broken down condo
The freezer didn’t work nothing stayed frozen and ruined all of our food…ice maker didn’t make ice because if freezer… toilet seat broken in one bathroom… the other bathroom toilet ran continuously and it had to be fixed just to flush it…under sink looked like termite damage and was coming apart. I feel like we should get some sort of compensation for the big hassle and foods we list

Unacceptable!
The lack of information on construction, the lack of communication in trying to reach someone who could actually help and the lack of customer service was unacceptable. It took an hour on the phone taking away by beach vacation to finally speak to someone. The current construction conditions are unsafe!

Worth it for the view!
First off, the view makes this rental worth it. The balcony is large and you can view sunsets perfect, but is also covered so when the weather isn’t ideal, you can still be on it. It truly is right on the beach with no view obstructions and is gorgeous from the 3rd floor. The unit was very clean - in fact we didn’t have any issues with sand being left in the unit which is amazing. I will say that the description doesn’t describe it very well. The master bedroom has sliding doors that connect to the rest of the patio which provide a beautiful view every morning. The master bedroom also has its own private bathroom (which can snuggly fit a pack and play). The other bedroom is generously sized but faces the parking lot. We were traveling with a baby so this mattered to us. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper total, and 2 garbage bags. (5 people staying there for 4 days). There was also no salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters - general items you would use daily since you have a full kitchen. I wasn’t sure if this was covid related, but it was kind of annoying. Overall, a great place and we would stay again!

Perfect location & view.
First the positives: Great beach view, good location and short walk to the beach. Negatives: Some doors don’t shut good or latch, dishwasher works but not nailed in place, and tv doesn’t have any channels that we could find. Overall we would come back because of the view and location. The listing needs to be updated because they did replace the brown leather couch with a cloth couch but not very comfortable. In the guest bedroom it has bunk beds on one side and a full on the other which worked perfectly for us with children.

Great property,have stayed at Huntington forover 25 yrs. The 303 unit had the most uncomfortable furniture, inside and out.,Outdoor furniture was hard plastic chairs. Lighting in living room was also very poor. But I love the property,pool,and beach.Will be back for a stay at another unit.

Perfect for Family with Great Beach Access!
We loved our stay at this location! The rooms were clean. We loved the large porch facing the beach and the porch access from the master and the family room. It was an easy walk to the beach and 2 beach chairs with a large umbrella were included with our rental. It was a perfect getaway that our family needed!

Great beach location/Unit needs tender love & care
Perfect Location on the beach!!! Unit needs some tender love & care: No towel rack /toilet paper holder in first BR, most outlets did not work including tv outlets, WiFi only worked half the time, Need blankets/ linens for fold out sofa. Besides all of the above: the location and steps from the beach was wonderful!!!

The only positive thing I can say about this unit is that it is a smaller setting that is not so busy with guest coming and going. The view from the balcony was nice. So I guess that would be two positive things. Upon arrival we noticed that the main bathroom had a broken toilet seat. Maybe not a huge concern for some but we had my 73 year old mother staying with us so this could have been a disaster if you could possibly picture. I must say after we called to report someone came to repair it quickly. There was no bedding available for the sleeper sofa in the condo which they brought later as well. The extra blanket that we later found in the condo should have been disposed of. It was falling apart, we were picking up pieces of it each morning. There was very little cookware available in the kitchen. I had planned on cooking a nice breakfast each morning but hard to do with only one 8 inch skillet and no baking sheet. The patio door had it's issues as well. It was very difficult to open since the handle was broken. We also noticed that a few of the electrical outlets were not working. There was a TV in each bedroom but the one in the bedroom with two full beds had no service available. A couple of other issues with the main bath were a broken towel rack and no toilet paper holder. When running bath water the shower had a heavy stream. Although there were several issues we treated the condo as if it were our home. This would be a very nice rental if someone would give it some major attention.

Good and could be great
Fantastic location right on the beach. Having chairs setup for you every day makes this a hassle free way to enjoy full days at the beach. Check in and check out were a breeze with excellent communication from the agency. Condo was as advertised. Perfect oceanfront views. Nice space. But the bathrooms need renovation. They are looking a bit tired and a bit below the standard of the rest of the unit. Good place to stay. I would come back.

Great location but...
The condo could definitely use some TLC. Needs new furniture and patio furniture is rusted. New pain job would be good too. The location of the condo is perfect, right by the ocean and the outlet mall. The location is great but the condo could benefit from some TLC.

This condo would be great but it needs attention. The sliding door to the balcony needs replaced - very hard to open. The couch is way past its prime and cupboards are old. Great location but some TLC in the condo would make it top notch!

Great Location, Nice Facility
We were two small families with four adults, a teenager and an eight year old. The apartment was clean, well maintained and had a great view of the beach. Could enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony! Also easy accessibility to the beach made it fantastic.And finally the heated pool was awesome, especially after spending time in the cold water of the gulf! Overall, had a great experience.
