Just perfection!
The condo is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. The views are just amazing and the pool is big enough you don’t feel crowded by strangers. We have been coming to the Destin area for 25 years, but from now on we will be coming to this specific property.

Overall the condo and property are great. The proximity to the beach is the best. The restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The condo was well stocked and appreciated the starter kits they provide. The dining room chairs need pads or something, they are wood and heavy and are abnoxious when moved.

The location of the condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. We selected it for easy access to the beach. However the stairs to the beach were blocked off so we always had to walk through the pool. The beach was beautiful and we had excellent service with the chairs. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The living room and dining were spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. There were many problems with the unit. The ac unit froze up and I had to contact Solely to have it fixed. The coffee maker was broken missing the basket. I had to go to Target and buy one. The dishwasher was broken and did not drain the water. The Soley rep took the bottom piece to have it fixed. He said it had just been fixed the week before. The oven temperature sensor and dryer sensor were not working properly. The deck was lovely but two of the chairs had broken lower supports. I was disappointed and frustrated that we encountered so many items that were broken or needed attention. Overall we had a fun family week at the Crescent.

Million dollar view!
We celebrated our 60th birthdays (4 friends from grade school) and could not have picked a better location! Wrap around balcony, ocean front and so easy to get to. Two fabulous oceanfront bedrooms and beds that felt like clouds. Sooo pleased with our stay and the staff was the best!!!

Great Location
The Crescent is a great location and Soley beach folks are very customer focused, but beach service is a major pain. Its a daily free for all to claim your beach chairs/umbrellas. Its the Condo Owners associations problem to fix. They don't allow the nice beach service guys to reserve your spot at checkin like in the past. Be prepared to get up early to claim a spot or you’ll be on the back row each day! Please Fix this Crescent owners, you have such a great place to folks vacation.

Perfect Ocean View
We were looking for a place that offered my disabled husband a shady balcony with a grand view of the ocean. We found it here and this was our second stay. This condo's view is an east to west sweeping panorama, plus a view of the pools (2) and hot tub. The pristine white, soft sand beach is literally steps away and the condo provides "beach service" with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, plus towels and toys. Two master suites overlook the beach plus two other bedrooms with bathrooms. Decent beds. The great room (living, dining, kitchen with laundry room) make it ideal for 4 couples. Lots of restaurants just down the street and one right next door, plus the grocery is a block away. Great vacation. No problems. Good communication. We will be back.

The condo was better than expected! It was very well equipped and the views were gorgeous and conveniently located to all kinds of shopping. Since the weather wasn't super warm, the different temp pools and hot tub were a great bonus. Highly recommend 👌
