Room was clean and well-maintained. Hot tub was incredible. Lots of dining options in the area. Parking was easy, but there were a lot of vehicles that had trailers attached that took up more than one space. Therefore finding a spot was not very easy. Free parking in front of the lodge, but you couldn’t park there overnight, which seemed pretty silly since the restaurant across the street clearly wasn’t open all night

We were very impressed with the place. We will definitely stay there again when we come to town.. The only drawback was that the elevator was out of service so you had to climb the stairs, but if you’re out there hiking anyway, what’s a couple of flights of stairs?

Nice and modern hotel room, but the wifi was very unreliable. Since there’s hardly any call phone reception in the area, this was a bigger problem.

Property is off the main road, making it a quiet retreat from a long day of enjoying the national parks. The seasonal pool and hot tub are a nice bonus as is the 24hr coffee bar. Rooms are clean but not huge and while there, the elevator was broken unfortunately so luggage had to be carried up the stairs to both the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Our room was clean and nice. Elevator was not working the 5 days we were there. The check in lady offered us a 2nd floor room which we gladly took. She offered to help carry our luggage to the room. There was no breakfast offered. Would have been nice if they at least offered yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels. Instead they had a bag of items offered for $8.50. Had a pool and courtyard which we didn’t use. No gym which would have been nice but we got plenty of exercise in the National Parks. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in room. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room. All in all it was very nice, clean, and quiet.

It is located in a great location! So close to shopping and dining. The rooms were clean. The elevator is broken. We were on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem until I fell hiking. They do have a porter to carry your luggage. The rooms are not very sound proof so the top floor is the best!

Great location.

Great location while visiting Arches (10 minute drive). The rooms look renovated and feel cozy. The bathrooms are really nice. Shops and restaurants in Moab are walkable from here. Seemed a little odd for a 3 story lodge with a hundred or so rooms to have an out of order elevator for multiple days

Vacationed in Utah for 10 days. Stayed at 5 different hotels and the River Canyon Lodge was by far the best and not the most expensive. Very nice place.

The receptionist gave me some static because I had used a website to make reservations rather than directly with them. Not enough towels in the room, ice machine not working in 3rd floor, elevator not working and shower was a tiny little trickle. I would not recommend this hotel.
