The staff at the front desk are extremely caring and very helpful, polite is an understatement...our room was very clean and comfortable, beds are almost too comfortable if thats possible! Breakfast was exactly what a Breakfast should be...and very enjoyable This will without a doubt be my place to go the next time im in Moncton Thank you very much Holiday Inn !

After we unpacked and took the grandkids for a swim, we went back to our room and proceeded to pull out the sofa bed for the kids. There were chips and candy all over the floor under it. I took a picture to the front desk to show the staff and were promptly moved to another room. Under the sofa bed in the new room, I found someone's inhaler. I strongly suggest someone do room checks before people check in.
