This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. My second time here and it was amazing , family loved it . A lot of food options , Martha’s was my go to . My brother tried the Italian restaurant and loved it. I had the Indian cuisine and it was top tier. From you walk on the property your greeted like royalty. Big up Nadira loved her , great person. Genuine and awesome service.

Went with out Air conditioning in room for our entire stay. We alerted the front desk and someone came with an excuse every time but the room remained hot and mold smelling. Besides the room issue the resort was nice. But customer service could have been better with the issues of the room!

The worst experience ever
From check in we started having issues. I had to shorten my stay by 2 days and still had to pay 300 dollars more my reservation was mest up i put in two. A 2 year old a 12 year old and a 17 yeard myself and my wife when i get their they are telling me i have to pay 1700 more for the 17 year old i refuse thay wouldn't check us in and so i had to shorten my stay and ended up paying more $300 The room smelled horrible!!! From the moment we open both doors it was 2 rooms side by side the smell was unbelievably bad It smelled like a chicken cub. They came and sprayed it and by the next morning it was the same again. Smh my wife and 2 year old allergy triggered off from their it has been my worst experience ever.

Slow and disappointing, service isn’t a strong point. We also found the food basic, with the exception being the Jerk Chicken Station. As a hotel the facilities are good, but it’s not backed up with the service and support you would expect.
