Check in was great. Shuttle service was excellent. Bar prices, very expensive. Our heat did not work in the room. Blowing cold air. Tried calling front desk, 3 times, no one answered. Went down to front desk..no maintenance on to check it out. Front desk came up to check it out. Indeed, not working. Blowing cold air. Turned it off. No rooms available to move to. Offered us extra blankets. Nothing else was offered.

This hotel is very close to the casino so it's convenient for the price. Staff was friendly and room was decent. Room counters need to be wiped down better . Carpet had a smell. They need to be replaced or shampooed!

I love staying at this hotel whenever we take a trip to Mohegan Sun! It is only a few minutes from Mohegan and there’s a shuttle that runs every half hour to the casino. The hotel is always clean and beautiful and the front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful!

My room had a gorgeous view of the outside wall on the back side of the building and looking down, there was some type of generator which did not shut off until 4:00 pm. Rm 332 by far is the worst room I have ever been in. I will never stay at another Hyatt property or use Expedia for booking.
