Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

The Neighborhood:

Our villa at Ocean Creek is less than 50 yards from one of seven outdoor pools, and just a few yards further to the tennis courts.  There is an indoor pool with jacuzzi open year-round as well, along with a tram that runs April-October from 10am to 10pm daily around the resort with a stop next to the pool.  It is an easy 3 minute stroll (0.2 miles) to the beach and to having your toes in the majestic Atlantic!   If you`re hungry, you can walk to Cracker Barrel, McDonald`s, Nacho Hippo, and Hamburger Joe`s with ease.  Barefoot Landing is just across the street with a traffic light and crosswalk as well for endless shopping, waterfront dining, live entertainment, and more!  Visit our all-new home and enjoy paradise at its finest!

Enjoy fabulous décor, privacy while being in the heart of town, an oceanfront pool oasis and restaurant,  and endless resort amenities at our Ocean Creek Greens beach bungalow.  Featuring direct beach access at the resort, you can have your toes in the sand in minutes and spend your days watching the waves roll in and children play in the calm ocean inlet `swash` nearby.
