Omistaa ja ylläpitää perhe, joka on ajaa rantaa vuokraus kiinteistöjä Long Beach Island, NJ Naples, FL. Julkaistiin vain vuokra-elokuuhun 2017 mennessä. Suolaveden lämmitetty uima-allas aurinkosuojalla ja kylpylä valmis heinäkuun puolivälissä. Tämä avoin pohjaratkaisu, 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta on kalustettu parisängyllä, queen-vuode ja 2 erillistä vuodetta, kuningatar vedä sohva ja siinä on uudet lattiat, kodinkoneet ja kaikki uudet kalusteet ja tarvikkeet. Hiljattain ostettu ja remontoitu, tilava 1900 s / f koti sijaitsee halutussa 500 korttelin Napolin puistossa ja on viihtyisä kävely- tai pyöräily joko turistimatkalle, Vanderbilt Beachille tai yksityisesti eristäytyneelle Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park -puistolle. Avoin pohjaratkaisu katedraalilla ja korkeat katot ympäri antaa lomaa viettää aikaa yhdessä suuri suuri huone / ruokailuhuone / keittiö yhdistää samalla majoittaa niitä, jotka tarvitsevat rauhallista lomaa ylimääräisessä olohuoneessa. Tilavassa master-huoneessa on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone. We really enjoyed the house, the location was perfect and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was very clean and tidy. The outdoor furniture could use a little sprucing up but I’m sure being exposed to the elements makes the cushions look weathered. Checking in was a breeze and communication with management was wonderful. The use of several bikes was a great bonus and we used them daily. We would definitely book this house again in the future if we visit the area.

I would like to say that this property was an excellent choice for our family. We were all satisfied with its comforts, amenities, and tranquility. The neighborhood is a very quiet and safe place, just 1.5 miles from the beach. The communication with the owner of the house was magnificent, he always answered any question or was aware of any concern. This property remained as an option to repeat for my family and I for future vacations in Naples.

Very clean and great location!
The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location with easy walk to the beach, though we spent most of the time at the pool which was a perfect temperature! Only complaint is lack of basic items like foil, plastic wrap, condiments, etc. Also, single ply toilet paper and only one washcloth for 5 of us. Still a 5 star rating though. Loved the place and Eric was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Sofa couch in the secluded front room makes for a fourth bedroom for kids. The pool and spa were great. Easy walk to beach. Would definitely recommend.

Functions just fine.
Overall nice, house is a little older but functions just fine for a short term vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and clean towels. Just wish there was some plastic plates/cups for families with small children.

Gorgeous like new house with designer interior, beautiful pool, deep backyard shade as well as sunny areas, awesome location close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. This is in more exclusive, more private part of Naples Park. I liked it a great deal. It's 5 stars.

Accommodation looked like the pictures. There are alot of light switches, so would be good to maybe label them?! The air con broke on the friday and we didnt get it fixed before we left on the sunday, so that was a killer. Host just said, people dont tend to work on weekends as its naples time! The pool area was lovely and the guy that came to clean it was great. He was very knowledgeable too.

Great North Naples Rental
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. One recommendation is to have the bike tires pumped up for guests as we had difficulty finding ready to use bikes for the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great stay
Eric is a wonderful host. He was present for any situation that occurred. He bought us a printer, a full length mirror, fixed our sliding glass door just to name a few things. The house was clean, beautifully appointed. The only recommendation would be for more lighting for reading. Other than that, you will be in great hands should you decide to rent!

We loved the use of the bikes, beach chairs and beach towels that the owners provided. And the private heated pool/hot tub and grill was also used most days. The location was wonderful...bike trip to the beach or car ride to any restaurant or grocery store.

Amazing!
This is the second time we stayed at one of Eric’s houses, and we loved it just as much as the first one. Eric’s house was decorated beautifully, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the location close to stores, shops and the beach was incredible. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Trip With Kids
I took a Mother’s Day/week trip with my kids (5 & 7) to stay here. It was a little difficult in the beginning to get a hold of the property manager/owner. It was late the night before our flight before I received instructions on how to enter the house. (It caused a lot of anxiety and concern over whether or not we were going to be able to stay at the house). Once we arrived, the house was as shown in the pictures. It was clean, although the bathrooms could use some repair/updates. I didn’t like that the front door was glass and in a direct line with the master bedroom. Other than that, the house was good for our stay and the pool was GREAT! The kids especially loved the hot tub. They both really made our stay. It is super close to both Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins Beaches and the house had lots of beach supplies to use while there. We had a wonderful time. :)

We are grateful that Eric was so quick to respond when the water heater gave up the ghost. He worked diligently and quickly to resolve the situation. One thought - for those that have extended stays like ourselves, access to house cleaning tools would be appreciated. We loved the pool!

Be Careful!
My review was going to be fairly positive - a nice place in a decent location. It's on a very quiet residential street and pretty long haul to the beach or any activities. Pool and hot tub are fantastic and nice that he doesn't charge extra for pool heat. We had a major problem when we checked out though. Eric said his cleaners (who had arrived at 10:45 for 11:00 check out) reported a broken chair. I acknowledged there was a deck chair with a broken arm when we arrived but failed to report it. We went back and forth a bit before an exorbitant charge (they won’t let me post how much but it’s more than whatever you’re guessing) showed up on my credit card. That chair could easily be fixed with super glue. I had no idea owners could charge whatever they choose without any recourse. I'm contesting the charge through VRBO now but not sure how that will turn out. I'd be careful renting from this person. I've used VRBO for years and never had problems with any other owners.
