Harassed: 20 minutes past checkout!
Place was very clean. However, I was 20 minutes past checkout and was harassed! 3 cleaners outside my door with dirty look and I was Yelled at in the elevator on the way out by the manager. I’m used to 4 and 5 star hotel service… never again!

Very run down and needs much better cleaning. Smells. Horrible desk chairs with peeling plastic. Slowest checkin even with reservations. At least sheets were clean and breakfast counter area was clean in-spite of undrinkable coffee. Was embarrassed for family members I made reservations for too.

The staff was awesome but the room could’ve been cleaner. The smoke alarm kept going off so I bought a battery for it. Breakfast choice was good. Old and outdated hotel.

Bathroom issues
Thevm room looked ok when we entered. The person at the front desk that evening was courteous. The problem was the bathroom. The sink was clogged. It took a long time for the water to get warm and the sink filled up and it took a long time to drain. Then the she shower curtain rod was not mounted well. Someone must have pulled on it so hard that the wall was cracked. It was difficult to keep the curtain from gathering in the middle of the rod. Breakfast was typical except someone was working on the coffee machine. I would have told the front desk person, but she didn't ask if everything was okay with my stay.

Very bad hotel. We stayed there from July 29 to July 31, 2024 on the last night before checking out, some bad people came to the parking lot slashed all the tires and scratched the paint of every single car parked there including 3 Tennessee state trooper cars.

The hotel was very dirty, my entire family had to take cold showers. Also doesn’t seem kid friendly the lady at the front desk made a comment about keeping my kids under control because she didn’t want to deal with phone calls. Which I get but came off very rude.
