I stayed with my two children to be close to London zoo. We arrived and were greeted with the most friendly welcome. Both children were given a kids colouring pack and a voucher to get either a drink or snack at the bar which was a nice little touch. Room was spotless and comfortable just what we needed to relax after a busy day. We had breakfast included the children were both free. The breakfast buffet was one of the nicest buffets that we have been to the food was lovely and fresh constantly being replenished and they even had a children’s breakfast station. The pancake machine was broken at the time but the brilliant waiter fixed it for the kids and brought them over fresh pancakes. Over all a brilliant stay I wish we had stayed for two nights

We have stayed twice at this hotel while attending a music festival in Camden, 10 years apart (first time as a couple, second time with our 6-year-old), and they did not disappoint! Super convenient location, friendly staff and nice room.

Great location

We stayed in a suite overlooking the Lock. The view was great! The location was also ideal as it was withing walking distance to the zoo as well as eateries and shops.
