Only 3 blocks to Broadway. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient location to everything.

The property met expectations. Self Parking in the covered garage is awkward at checkout since the room key is needed. Online checkout after exit solves this issue, but I prefer in person checkout. The room thermostat malfunctioned and heated the room to 80F with no way to correct it.

Was not aware that his was a dog friendly hotel. It should be noted when book. Dogs in hotels are quite disgusting.

The best free continental breakfast I ever had. The only minor negative of my stay was the very low water pressure in the shower. Possibly because I was on the 12th floor but I'm not sure.

You cannot beat the location! An easy, quick walk to Broadway. We’ve stayed here three times now. It’s great that breakfast is included too although this trip the selection was a bit disappointing. We also wish they’d extend breakfast hours given the late night atmosphere that IS Nashville. Waking up before 9 can be rough some mornings. On this particular trip, there was early morning construction that made sleeping in nearly impossible. Regardless, we will be back. Love Nashville!
