The room was ok. The hearing unit was loud. The microwave handle had duct tape on it so we were afraid to use it. When you pulled on the handle it would turn the microwave on.

I usually stay here for work but the last two times my rooms were not very clean and falling apart. When I tried to tell the person at the desk, the response I got was that the owners were waiting on budget for renovations and basically nothing will be fixed or done about any of it so I will not be wasting my time or money at this hotel. Get it together Sonesta

Good value and location. We have stayed here several times in the same room type and there are inconsistencies between the rooms. The inconsistencies involved general room condition, the TV channels, the HVAC units and cleanliness.

Our experience was great from beginning to end. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed and every question answered. We want to especially commend Chris and Doyle for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Nice studio apartment type room.

Love the studio apartment type room with a full kitchen and full size fridge. Bed was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom also.

This property was very clean with one exception. There was black mold growing behind the added ventilation on the AC/Heater. Air flow was very weak from this unit as well. Paint was peeling from ceiling from what looked to be previous water leak.
