Elevator was out of prder i was placed on the 40urth floor with a newborn and carriage to carry up and down the stairs. Asked staffe for room reassignment but was told none were available

The property was just fine. Clean, safe, kind of bland. The guests upstairs were SUPER loud all night long. We didn't complain to the front desk, mostly because we were so tired, we didn't want to leave our room and we eventually fell asleep. It was an okay place to stay.

Stayed in a Whirlpool room on the second floor. Whirlpool is old, cracked, and dirty-looking. Low water pressure, slow to fill. Whirlpool rooms are not worth the extra charge

Great stay but boy it was cold
The stay was great. Only downside to the stay was the room was next to one of the entrance/exits so despite having heat in the room we constantly got a draft in our room of cold air which made the room constantly cold. Also, the in and out of people entering and exiting had us jumping out of bed because it was very audible and scary. Whenever we come to visit family this is our go to place to stay. We may request next time for a room on an upper floor but as always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a delicious breakfast.

The staff made this place - great service. Really decent breakfast spread. Fitness center was adequate. The kids loved the pool. Was here for two nights and had nothing to complain about.
