Our room needed some TLC. The shower glass door had been removed or broken and a shower curtain was hung in its place. The front desk staff was very nice. And, then we waited 30 minutes for our vehicle from the valet. They just didn't get it and skipped over us. We finally walked through the hotel and loaded our stuff in as it was coming down from the parking garage so we could get going. Little things, but they added up to not a great start to our visit.

Stayed here for the night to jump on a cruise. Very convenient as only a ten minute walk. Riverwalk Outlet store nearby with food Harrah’s casino five blocks away. Hotel common areas nice and spacious. We received two drink coupons per person for bar , which also included various snacks. We also received coupons for breakfast, which was very, very good as it included an omelet station. The issues were with the room itself. The refrigerator was full of food from a previous customer, the shower had some random hairs, the body wash container was completely empty and lastly no hot water, which was an issue with others as well that morning. Overall nice and we would probably return in the future

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent except for the ceiling fan not working but the weather was cool so we didn't need it. The breakfast each morning was great. Shout out to our omelet guy, Kerry! And the complimentary drinks during happy hour were good. The only downside was that we were there during the Sugar Bowl so the hotel was super busy and waiting for the valet to bring our car around took a little longer than we liked but the attendants were friendly and professional even when some of the patrons weren't! We'll definitely consider this hotel on our next visit to New Orleans.

We had reserved a room for 4 people. The sofa bed had no bedding nor was there extra pillows or blankets in the room. We were dissappointed to find out that there was no evening food service even though the signage touts bar and grill. Breakfast was very good.

Don’t ask the concierge
The plumbing was a struggle with toilet backing up and shower filling up for an hour after a ten minute shower. Parking was difficult- valet sounds good except when it regularly took over thirty minutes to get the car out. Concierge service was the opposite of helpful- she told us that we would not be able to get a table at a restaurant save we just walked in, ate, and noticed there were upwards of twenty empty tables. Good location, busy breakfast, but good.
