• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy.
Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises.

Excellent location for not only the French Quarter, but St. Charles and Magazine streets.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is busy and walking distance from St. Charles and the trolley. It's easy to get to the French Quarter from this property.

Good location
The house itself was wonderful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but a lot of renovation is going on. As other visitors have noted, a nearby bar plays loud music late into the night. The roads in the neighborhood are in terrible shape, but that is a common problem throughout New Orleans.

Up and coming neighborhood
The neighborhood is 3 blocks outside Garden district. The area is currently somewhat desolate. Center City district. The outdoor Treehouse bar plays very loud music until 2am on the weekends and is 200 feet away. The inside is beautifully renovated and aside from the neighboring security light that shines in the bedroom windows all night (transoms need coverings) has everything you need.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to stay for a weekend getaway before our baby comes. We wanted a place away from the party life noise so we would be able to rest. I had read that staying closer to Burbon St wasn’t a good idea because of this. During the week this is probably exactly what we were looking for but if you plan to be here on the weekend please know there is a bar close by and you will hear the music until 2am! Look up the bar’s hours before you book this location if you are wanting to rest before 2am. There is also a security light outside the bedrooms that shines into the bedrooms all night. If you don’t mind having a nightlight on all night then you’ll be good here! Inside the unit was exactly as pictured, a very nice place to relax and enjoy some time together. Nice big kitchen if you want to cook. Nice walk in shower in one bathroom and a big tub with jets in the other! We easily got to the inner city for activities with no problem by car. The free parking is in front of the unit on the street. We had no problems with finding a place to park by the unit, which was nice after walking downtown for hours. The unit heated up nicely for the cold days we were there.
