You must find your own parking as they charge significantly more than other places nearby. Other than that, this site was wonderful! The room was spacious and the staff were kind. Cool theme to the site, and the bar was very nice.

A sugar factory converted into a boutique hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bath towels were tattered and torn. Valet parking is expensive ($50) and inefficient. It took 30 minutes from submitting a request for my vehicle until it was delivered. Staff was not friendly or helpful.

First time to NOLA and loved this hotel. We had a suite and was like our own home. Sink and coffee maker, fridge microwave Walk-in shower. Love the nightlife on bathroom mirror. The gentleman taking care of breakfast was so friendly and attentive. Thankyou❤️

They charged a $100 deposit for one night. It was a chilly evening but the AC would not turn off and the heat would not come on. We were celebrating our wedding night, but didn't stay the whole night, we just went home.
