Surprised at the high “incidentals” rate on top of the cost, front desk worker was somewhat rude and difficult to speak to- even when purchasing snacks… rooms have kitchenette but nothing past a microwave and sink, no utensils, cups, etc. surprised how uncomfortable the room was, no extra linens/comforters and no linens available for the pack and play which was stained on the pad. Plus: really warm pool and nice hot tub

It is a lovely facility. Great breakfast and dining area. Our king room was so spacious with the most complete kitchenette we’ve had. Everything was spotless. Convenient location and nice view from its hilltop position.
