OK, so the area around jfk is pretty desolate but no restaurants nearby. Hotel food offerings very limited so ordered from a local Indian. Mistake, tasty but not good for the guts particularly if you are flying the next day. Next time will stay further away and get an uber.

Expedia is a SCAMMER. I cancelled my reservation before the deadline but Expedia refered me to the property for this matter. After I contacted the property they said it's up to Expedia to handle the cancellation. Scammers Scammers Scammers. I was given a room that was freezing (63) went downstairs and complained. Was told it'll heat up, unfortunately it didn't and next thing you know it was 4 and I had to prepare for the shuttle. I laid my complaint and was given the managers email. He has refused to answer. My stay at the Comfort Inn was quiet uncomfortable with no kind of assistance. I will NEVER go there again and neither should you. They can keep the money.

The hotel shuttle bus drivers and staff were so kind and helpful. But the room was not soundproof at all and was next to the place under construction, so there was a lot of noise even at dawn. It would be great to change it to a soundproof window.

Room was ok but very basic. Shower head was broken, there was no bottled water in my room and I was not able to heat the room above 65 when outside was freezing. Was not a very welcoming feeling in general.
