Will definitely be staying here again! Lovely spot especially during the New Year’s Eve celebration, gave us a safe quiet location with easy transportation near the hotel. Lovely staff as well!

A perfect get away!
I very much enjoyed my hotel experience. It reminded me of the type of hotel one would see in Europe. Tidy, efficient and clean! The desk employees could not have been more friendly, considerate and accommodating. The location is perfect; right in the heart of charming Soho.

Jay at the Front Desk had everything ready at our arrival and was very helpful in accomodating our requests. The room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at the Soho Four Points by Sheraton!

Nice hotel, great location.
The hotel was clean and convenient. The front desk personnel were helpful and polite. The shower was great. They said they were only going to make up the room every other day, but they cleaned it almost every day. The room was great for one person. Might have been a little crowded if we had two.

There was a smoke detector beeping in the hallway outside our room. I asked three times during our stay with the front desk for them to check on it and replace the battery because I could hear it throughout the night. When we left four days later, the smoke detector was still beeping.

Our room had dirty sheets. HD to ask 4 times to have them cleaned over several hours. Ended up having to do it myself with new sheets they gave me.

Great location--walking distance from Soho and the West Village. Relatively new hotel--without that chemical "new hotel" smell--a definite plus.The room was comfy and quietThe staff...well, the front desk staff always seemed busy elsewhere and answers were short and not always helpful. No "thank you" or "you're welcome." Yes, I know it's NYC, but New Yorkers have manners--the staff just didn't get the memo, I guess. Won't be coming back to this hotel. There are others in the area that are less expensive and, when I walked into one less than a block away, I was greeted with a "How may I help you." Seriously, Sheraton--is that so difficult?
