Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was forgettable. It took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to get to the room. On our last day the shower was so hot you couldn’t even cool it enough to get under it. We loved how close the hotel was to time square.

Great location for long weekend with family

Stayed for two nights on a family trip with our two children ages 10/12. Easy check in/out and centrally located to be able to sight see all weekend. Despite being in Times Square we had no issues with noise and the curtains blocked any excess light. The restaurant was convenient for breakfast. We had to stow our luggage on the last day and it was no trouble to leave it there nearly all day long.

The hotel was centrally located near Times Square. The black out curtains helped with the lights and noise from the street was minimal. Being a weekend stay there was a lot of doors opening and closing overnight. But otherwise not very noisy.

The fitness center was a major reason for my booking back in 11/24. I was never informed that it was closed until my arrival. I was told that my “resort” fee would be waved but I do not think it was.
