The room was huge! everything was super clean which is always the most important thing to me. I ended up getting a handicap accessible room and the shower was GREAT, had a handheld shower head which is so much better than usual hotel showers. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and supportive. The free breakfast was really impressive. I will absolutely stay here again. Easy 20 min Uber to LGA. i love it

Room is ok. Breakfast Average, second day was terrible, oats were empty one hour before the closing, lady said it takes 30 min and they won’t make more, no eggs as day before (only hard boil eggs). Terrible planning. Even cereal had wrong labels. Quality are simple things

The room itself was fine. The floor was dirty as evidenced by our socks. We had to ask 3 times for a crib for our toddler. There was also no hot water and front desk stated that it was the case in the whole building. Definitely going to reconsider coming here again. Not super happy.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. While doing laundry, the dryer it broke down but the staff quickly resolved the issue once notified. They had our laundry dried and delivered to our room. Breakfast area was extremely busy so we did not use it because of the lines. That could be an area for improvement.

Front desk guy is too arrogant in the morning.I have asked for 1st floor since the lift is not working properly but he gave me on the 9th floor and promised lift gona work in the morning.But in the morning the lift hasn’t worked I had to get my luggage from 9th floor and I had an knee injury due to lifting heavy weights.And the front desk guy spoke with arrogance.

Wonderful stay at Home2Suites
This is the 5th time we’ve visited NYC and typically stay in NJ side of NYC with less than optimal experiences. Home2Suites in Long Island/Queens check all our boxes and more. Rooms large enough to sleep six, beds are queens size, mini kitchen and tall refrigerator. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast & coffee was good. We arrived at the right time and secured a parking free spot (weekends only). Police station right around the corner (if concerned about safety). Subway one tiny block down the street next to a Duncan Donuts. Short 10 minute ride into NYC. We were surrounded by many traveling families also visiting NYC. Highly recommend and will be back.

Good location, customer service struggles.
This hotel has an excellent location. I found free parking a couple of blocks down. Subway is a 5-7-minute walk away. Several trains (R and E, etc.) go to Manhattan across the East River. The rooms are spacious and clean. My issue: I had an A/C malfunction while in the heating mode making a terrible noise and I barely slept because of that! I've tried to turn it off but it gets cold quickly! Reported to the front desk, asking for a refund for that one night (I've stayed for two) it was 2 days ago, still waiting, apparently, the manager is too busy to respond.
