I had trouble checking in cause everything had to be done thru my phone. Was told by receptionist that if I cant check-in thru my phone she couldn't help me.

I will have to say that for the most comfortable experience I had the staff was nice they didn't give me no hard time they wasn't acting funny the rooms was clean it was quiet there wasn't nobody acting funny at the hotel the customers was nice as well I really enjoyed myself it was only one night but I will be definitely go back again

This Hotel was very good. Very close to the subway and the NYC ferry on the east river. The room was spotless. We had a nice view of the 59 st bridge. Found the staff very helpful overall. The breakfast was very good and could help yourself to as much as you wanted. I would recommend staying here.

Windows were not at all sound proof. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear outside activity as if the window was open. Having to upload a photo of drivers license and input credit card information prior to checking in was annoying and extra work. I have never had to do this at any hotel Ive ever stayed in.

It was fine; it's a bit of a dour setting considering the lighting and location - my room had handprints on the wall that were not cleaned, as well as a mini-fridge that hanging on a rolling coat rack. The mini-fridge made noise on the coat rack all night, so the placement was not ideal. Bed was good, breakfast was fine. A solid budget option in LIC.

The check-in process wasn't smooth. Staff wants you to use a 3rd party link from the text message to upload your ID and payment which is shady. The only room provided was located at the ground level with windows facing a parking lot. The door security guard stopper was removed. I didn't feel safe and secure for my belongings. Staff wasn't helpful in changing the room. The fire alarm light was blinking and distracting during the night. The ceiling had open wires. Toiletries provided were cheap and very basic. Breakfast was average

Uncomfortable beds, furniture falling apart, slow Wifi, unfinished ceilings, bad smell from cleaning products, low quality soaps and shampoos, mediocre breakfast. I'd say you get what you pay for but this place is way overpriced.
