Tämä koti sijaitsee kukkulalla vain muutaman korttelin Nye Beachistä etelään. Tämä koti on loistava rantaa rakastavalle perheelle tai ystäväryhmälle. Historiallinen lahtirintama-alue on alle kolmen neljäsosan mailin päässä, ja rantaan on noin kaksi lyhyttä korttelia länteen, mikä tekee tästä kodista ihanteellisen vierailijoille, jotka haluavat tutustua kaupunkiin jalka.

Tämän viehättävän yksitasoisen kodin sisustus on täynnä luonnetta. Kiehtova taidetta koristavat seinät, kun taas suuret ikkunat tarjoavat kauniit näkymät merelle, kaupunkiin ja ympäröivään vihreään.

Astu sisään löytääksesi olosi. Mukavat huonekalut kutsuvat rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan kaasutakan lämmöstä tai selaamaan perus-kaapelikanavia taulutelevisiossa. Ilmainen WiFi on käytettävissä koko loma-asunnon aikana, joten voit jakaa lomakuvia ystävien ja perheen kanssa kotona.

Tilava, hyvin varusteltu keittiö sopii erinomaisesti kaiken valmistamiseen kotitekoisista aterioista nopeaan piknik-lounaaseen rannalle. Vakiolaitteiden lisäksi keittiössä on hauskoja lisälaitteita, kuten vohvelirauta, kahvimylly ja ranskalainen puristin. Siellä on jopa astianpesukone, joka helpottaa puhdistamista aterian jälkeen.

Nauti ateriasi kuuden hengen aamiaispöydällä tai vie se ulkopuolella piknikpöydälle takapihalla. Täällä on myös hiiligrilli, jos joku tuntee halua grillata.

Patioon kytketty pieni aurinkohuone tarjoaa lisätilaa levittää ja viettää aikaa. Hyödynnä lajiteltuja pelej�� perhetoimintaan tai astuudu viettämään muutama hiljainen minuutti lukemiseen.

Enintään kuusi vierasta ovat tervetulleita yöpymään tässä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen kodissa. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, toisessa täysikokoinen Murphy-sänky, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on sarja kahden hengen kerrossänkyä ja queen-vuode. Tässä kodissa on myös oma pesukone / kuivausrumpu, joten älä pelkää pakata valoa!

Koska valtameri on vain kolmen korttelin päässä, vietät todennäköisesti paljon aikaa rannalla, kun yövyt loma-asunnossa. Pakatkaa piknik-lounas ja vietä muutama tunti rannikkoa pitkin. Jos pidät majakoista, siirry Yaquina Bayn majakan eteläpuolelle tai pohjoiseen Yaquina Headin erinomaiseen luonnonalueeseen; Löyd��t myös kauniita retkiä ja vuorovesialtaita.

Yaquina Bay tarjoaa erinomaiset mahdollisuudet melontaan, kuten lähellä oleva Beaver Creek. Pitkän vesipäivän jälkeen suunnata Newportin lahden ranta-alueelle tuoreita meren antimia ja olutta paikalliselta Rogue-panimolta.

This was a fun house in a good spot. The decoration was interesting, sort of 50s/Jetsons style. Our group of 5 all slept comfortably, but the layout of the bedrooms was odd, and not very well described; in order to get to the room with the bunk beds it’s necessary to go through another bedroom.The hot tub was cool when we arrived, but warmed up overnight and was good in the morning - appreciate the quick response on this.

Quiet and peaceful.
Lovely place with great backyard and front view of the ocean. Finding the house is complicated, so read the directions provided carefully! Beaches, grocery stores and restaurants of Newport are all close by and the kitchen is well equipped. Had trouble with the door code three times, but phone support was good and by 3rd time, a service technician came out and fixed the problem. We had a very nice stay.

Nice but not walkable
The house was very nice and very clean. We’ll stocked kitchen. The problem was it sits on top of a steep hill which made it it unwalkable to beach and town for us elderly folk. Nothing about that in description of the property.

Oregon coast fun
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and loved the hot tub. Nice kitchen and like leaving with clean clothes. The only problem was finding the house. SW 5th Street is very confusing. We spent 40 min once we got to Newport locating the home. OVERALL WONDERFUL. Great restaurants and Nye Beach is great for walking.

Relaxing Stay
Wonderful place to visit. Walking distance, even with young kids, to cool things in Newport. Short driving distances to many other Oregon Coast adventures. But the best part was cooking and eating around the impressive kitchen island and visiting with family. We would definitely return to the same property in the future.

My family of four stayed for a week while exploring the Oregon coast. The house is definitely more vintage than updated but was very well stocked and provided everything we needed for the week. The house is in a fantastic location, in walking distance to the beach, the bay and multiple local attractions. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub made for a relaxing way to end each day. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location for a Newport Stay
This was a great centralized location in Newport. It is VERY tricky to find. I was a little disappointed that the view was only partial and visiting in February it took a very long time for the heat to start warming up the space. Initially we thought it was really clean but after taking off our shoes we realized there was a bunch of sand on the floor. It was comfy and spacious. The Hot tub was great. Not so great were the dishwasher...which couldn't get a load clean after running it 3 times. I emailed the local property manager and never heard back from them. Also a negative was the amount of hot water. Very Very limited. Two super short showers in a row were barely okay. Don't run the dishwasher and expect to take a shower unless you like them COLD.

A cute home...
This probably would have been a 5 star review had we only stayed one night. All was well and clean when we arrived. No complaints for the cleaning crew. They had lots of extra blankets, sheet sets, towels etc, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked too. The first evening, I used the hot tub and noticed some sand at the bottom of the tub. I've used many hot tubs and never seen visible debris like that in there before, so it made me question the frequency of hot tub cleaning/maintenance at this home. On the second day, we used the dishwasher and noticed when putting in the detergent pod, there was already most of a chalky-pod stuck in there. Meaning, the previous dish load didn't get properly cleaned. Yuck. We hand washed dishes the rest of our stay. Not a big deal, but it still takes time. (I think this should be easily resolved if the managers replace the chalky packet pods with a liquid dish detergent.) We also did several of the puzzles in the living room, but they were missing about 10 pieces each. We reviewed the checkout instructions the night before we checked out - one was to have the towels washed and dried, so we got that started the night before. On the morning when we were getting ready to leave, the toilet overflowed. It was not clogged, there was something going on with the flusher where it just kept filling the bowl. We got it to stop filling, but then we had no towels to soak the floor! It was a mess. We finally figured it out, but it was not a fun way to spend our final minutes to say the least. I made a note of the phone number on the check out instructions to call & inform of the problems before writing a bad review. That number was the previous management company, not Vacasa. So I had to make two calls. The Vacasa person I spoke with was very kind and appreciative of the feedback and said she'd get in touch with the local management. I hope the local management is informed on and fix the above issues with this property before the next guests. It's a very cute home, gets beautiful sunset views, and is in a very convenient location. If we didn't have the above issues I would have given it 5 stars.

It fit our needs just right. We had a hard time finding it using google maps. If we would have followed the directions vacasa sent, we would have driven right to it. We could sit and have coffee watching waves from living room. We had misread that the hot tub had ocean view, it does not, but it is set in peaceful, private back yard.

Charming beach house
We really enjoyed the house. Very charming with lots of room and a great play room for the 6 and 8 year olds. The problem we had was the washing machine didn’t work. It dumped water on the floor, so we had to mop it using towels. Then we couldn’t wash the towels or clothes. Overall, very enjoyable though. We would rent it again.

Cute and Eclectic Beach House
My family enjoyed our stay in Newport at this cute and eclectic beach house. It is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Nye Beach. It is also a short walk to the beach.
