Nice hotel in a sketchy place
The hotel condition is new and the facilities are clean. HOWEVER, the location is VERY sketchy, AND the hotel does not have its own parking. You will need to shell out additional $50 for overnight valet parking that is operated by a different company. Otherwise, street parking is the only other option. From what I was told, there are plenty of break-in's. The hotel front door is locked 24/7 should be a very good warning sign. This hotel must be a slightly higher end drug addicts' favorite. Although the facility is super clean, there were plenty of very sketchy characters checking in the evening. The lobby and elevators all smell like marijuana. I would not recommend this for family stay at all. Business? - where are you going to park?! The valet parking also have low height limits.

No parking and no overnight street parking. I had to move the car to different street to avoid daily no parking from 3 to 6AM. Valet is very expensive for overnight as well. However overall is great

We came from Sacramento for dinner and a Show at Yoshii’s. It was a 5 min ride from hotel to venue. Very convenient! Our room was very clean and in good condition.
