This has to be one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at on this Europe trip. While it is a good walk to the Old Town, it is a bonus as it makes you get some excercise and you pass through great shopping and dining precincts. The staff were friendly and effecient and the included breakfast was great

Very nice lobby but when I got to the room the sheets were crumpled and the carpet was either dirty or worn down. Lists a minibar but minibar was empty. Laundry is closed on weekends which ended up being a major inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay at Polonia Palace. This is a historic hotel that has been around for a long time. Because of that the state of the facilities is a bit dated. The gym was very limited and the equipment was old. On the plus side, the rooms were quite big for European hotels. Breakfast spread was good but expensive. Since it was centrally located, many restaurants, cafes, shopping and public transportation were easily accessible.

Worthy of the name Palace
The bed was one of the best, perhaps even the best, I have had. Massive, perfectly comfortable and the pillows perfect. The location is ideal, particularly if going to events at the National stadium. The only note is there is no spa as advertised. Only a sauna
