Tämä on 3 mh: n, 3 kylpy: n suora merenrantayksikkö. Tämä yksikkö kunnostettiin ja ei tule pettymään. Jos näet tämän julkaistun craigslistissä, se on huijaus! Vuokraan vain vrbon kautta. Siinä on uudet lattiat, uusi maali, uudet turhuus, uudet työtasot, uudet huonekalut, taulutelevisiot jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja se on kaunis. Oceanfront-makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja 50 tuuman taulu. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku ja pesuallas. Tästä makuuhuoneesta on myös suljettu parveke, joka voi olla oleskelu- tai makuutila. Toisesta valtavasta makuuhuoneesta on uskomattomat näkymät lahdelle (upealla auringonlaskulla) ja siinä on kaksi täyttä sänkyä ja 42 tuuman taulu ja vieressä oleva kylpyamme. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on myös näkymä lahdelle, ja siinä on sohva, jossa vyöryvä sänky ja kaksoset täydellisen futonin yli. myös huoneessa on asennettu flatsceen. Olohuoneessa on iso nahkaosasto, 50 tuuman flatsceen ja vieressä oleva parveke. olohuoneessa on myös ruokailutila ja baarituolit ruokailua varten keittiön tiskille. Atlantis sijaitsee 103. kadulla, joka on osa nousua, jossa alue on upea ja ihmiset ovat poikkeuksellisia. Se on 17. kerroksessa, joten näkymät ovat henkeäsalpaavat merelle ja kaatuneiden aaltojen ääni ovat uskomattomia. Makuuhuoneesta on myös toinen suljettu parveke, jossa voit nauttia näkymistä ja äänistä. Lisäksi toisesta ja kolmannesta makuuhuoneesta on upeat näkymät lahdelle. Tärkeintä on, että poistut yksiköstäsi, ohitat suuren uima-altaan ja olet rannalla. Aivan vieressä on Clarion, joka on hieno, koska siinä on sekä sisä- että ulkouima-altaat, ulkona syöminen ja viihde sekä sisäilman syöminen (baari ja ravintola). Langaton wifi-yhteys on saatavana noin 7 dollaria päivältä / 40 dollaria viikossa. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet eivät sisälly hintaan (vain tyynyt).

Family Week at the Beach
We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis! The condo was the perfect size for our group! The owner Sharon was so helpful and great to work with! Being on the 17th floor, we had no issues with elevators! They were quick and there was ample parking, even for day guests to come spend the day on the beach! Although Hurricane Debby had us leave early, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Sharon!!!

I had no problem communicating with the unit owner. Unit was clean and had everything we needed beautiful view of the ocean, but also scary. I had 2 Three year-olds and they were chairs on the deck that they could push over and fall over easy fix just put them inside, but definitely a beautiful view . We would stay here again

Fabulous Summer Stay
My family stayed at this ocean front condo for one week and enjoyed it very much. We were a total of 13 guests (most children and 5 adults) but the home was large enough for host us comfortably. Sharon was very responsive to our messages and very kind. The condo is near the top floors so has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is a convenient pool downstairs with reasonable hours. The parking situation was very good, we did not have any issues, even with three cars. The staff in the security office downstairs were also very helpful. The condo is well furnished and has the cooking ware in the kitchen to use. Walmart is only a 15-20 minute drive and Food Lion is only 3-5 minutes away if you need anything. The Original Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, and other nice restaurants are near by. We were lucky to find the week we stayed available. Just a Fabulous Summer stay.

Great little apartment
*Loved being right next to the beach *Not to busy where we were at but yet stuff to do if didnt want to drive that day. *easy to get ahold of property manager * Staff was nice * nice pool for all ages *apartment its self was a nice place to stay for a week * would go back again!

Great vacation spot.
Sharon was great to work with. She provided all the details needed for a great arrival, stay and departure. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular as was the sunset view from the other bedroom. Her beach tips were very useful in saving us time and energy. Convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

17th floor overlooking the Atlantic @ the Atlantis
The unit worked out well for our family. Location is outstanding. Beautiful views. The owner of the unit made sure we were aware that we need to provide our own linens. Very helpful. Roses discount store across the street has whatever you need very reasonably. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness, the previous renters left very dirty pots and pans. Housekeeping must have missed that. It happens. All in all, very pleased with the rental.

Fun family stay in Ocean City
We had a beautiful week at this property. The views were stunning and you can hear the waves from the balconies. You can see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Very short walk to the beach (which is ideal for us with kids - so much to carry!). The pool was fun for the kiddos as well. The owner was quick to answer and communicate. Highly recommend for families!

We had a great stay in OC at the Condo. It was a beautiful view from the 17th floor overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to OC. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and had a blast. Thank you again Sharon for providing a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Week
We all loved the roominess of the condo as well as the great views of the ocean and the bay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. With young children, the short walk to the ocean and the convenience of the pool was a great feature. We will stay here again!

Better than anything we could ask for
The owner was so nice and willing to cooperate with. The listing was a LOT more spacious and roomy as imagined and everything was so smooth and just pleasant. The pool was closed earlier than expected but that could also be because it is not memorial day yet. The location was only okay bc the beach was not as crowded and the food lion was right there, but there were not as many places to eat or activities less than a 10 minute walk, but nothing awful. The entire condo itself was not busy for the most part however around noon it was hard to get onto an elevator on most days so we’d take the stairs from the 17th floor but even that was not the worst because we were so grateful of the view up there. The whole place was so nice to handle overall. I will say the AC was hard in the beginning and on Mondays there are window cleaners / maintenance people coming into the room that we were not warned about, but the staff was very kind and such nice people to talk to so we did not mind them being in the room at all, in fact I wish they could have partied more with us haha. Overall the stay was so pleasant and just really made the vacation a vacation for us. Security was amazing as well. We loved Sharon, and hope to be welcomed back again. The only thing I would reccomend is a full body mirror or just additional mirrors around, brighter lights inside, and lights on the patios ! And the door to be oiled because it was really hard to pull, our mothers probably wouldnt ever want to be on the patio.
