Rentoudu Garden Retreat, korkea kerrostalo huoneisto North Coast Village. Garden Retreat sijaitsee ainoassa Oceanside-kompleksissa, joka istuu suoraan On-The-Sandissa, mikä tarkoittaa, että vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä monimutkainen seisoo sinun ja rentouttavan rannalla. Monimutkaiset perusteet hoidetaan täydellisesti ja niissä on erittäin trooppinen rehevä tunne! Tulet rakastamaan kävellen porteilla ja tutustumaan pieniin puroihin, koi-lampiin, suihkulähteisiin ja piilotettuihin alkoviin. Kompleksissa on my��s kaksi uima-allasta, kaksi kylpytynnyriä, kaupallinen grillausasema, pelihuone, paino- ja sydänhuone sekä useita pesulapalveluja. North Coast Village on todella pysähdyspaikka unohtumattomalle lomalle.

Tropical Paradise
The grounds itself immerse you into the tropics so you feel finally away from home, work and worries. Sliding doors easily opened and a nice little patio to sit and rock and watch the people below in the maze of walkways greeted by pools of colorful fish and birds of paradise. Kitchen furnished well with full size frig. Fireplace a breeze to use. Only wish a heat unit in both bedroom and not just one but the extra blankets helped.

Fun family vacation!
The location was great! Close to the beach and shopping and a short drive to San Diego zoo and La Jolla which I would highly recommend. The condo was clean but I did do a little cleaning upon our arrival. Overall, beautiful grounds and a great place for our family vacation!!

Nice condo for the family
The property was as described. The coaster train didn't bother us and our 3 kids slept through the night. The king size mattress sagged, but wasn't terrible. Location was great. We could walk to the harbor, the pier, the beach, and restaurants without our 4 year old complaining it was too far. We checked in after hours and didn't have a problem finding the patrol office. The pool was heated decently warm. I would have no problem staying there again.

Clean, well equiped, great stay.
This property is clean and well equipped. The deck is great, rooms are big and unit is updated nicely. Plenty of room for a family to eat. NCV is always a great stay. Easy check in and out.

Great place close to the beach!
We enjoyed our time here. We were celebrating a birthday and they even left a birthday card! So thoughtful. The 2 bedroom unit accommodated our family nicely. The sofa bed mattress could be replaced though. It was very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs in it. Overall, it was a super cute place with a great vibe so close to the beach. Would stay here again!

Tired Condo
The check in information should have stated that no matter what time you check in you will need to call the number on the security window to be able to enter to get to the HOA office for the key. Once there the HOA was easy to work with. The condo is tired, it needs to have the walls painted, there are pieces of sheet rock that have come off and you can see the white. A picture above the love seat fell off the wall during the night. The rug in the living room looks extremely dirty, needs a good shampoo or replaced. There was a light bulb missing above the wet bar and the kitchen lighting was horrible, we felt like we were working in the dark. The patio shutters in the living area and master bedroom were off track so they could not be moved. Master bedroom closet doors were off track (someone in our party fixed those). The queen bed was hard and the king bed had a soft spot hole. The location was good and we did not have a problem with the trains going by. We felt that all of this should have been taken care of before we arrived. On the Sands did offered to come and fix the shutters.

We were at the property for a week. The grounds of the condo are gorgeous. Master bedroom bed super comfortable. Train was louder than we thought it would be but we were so tired from the fun it never woke us. Condo amenities were not fully stocked but owner helped. Only complaint is that our additional car got ticketed wish we would have understood how to do the public parking sooner. If you get the pass from the HOA office you still have to get down to the lot each morning by 8am or you will be ticketed Pass is good for evening parking only.

Great family beach rental
We enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. It was very helpful that the place had a pack n play crib, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. North coast is a nicely gated community with security. We had a problem with neighbors being loud late into the night and called security. The noise was stopped right away and didn’t have any other problems. That is a great perk about stay here. The pool was nice. The beach is a short walk from the place, very convenient. You are a short walk from the pier and some food places and a playground. The harbor is a short walk with food and rentals. The only 2 things that would be inconveniences were that there are a lot of stairs throughout and to take the elevator you still had to take some stairs unless coming from the parking garage. We also had to unload in a different place because the garage is 6’6” and our little SUV couldn’t fit with our top carrier attached. I would definitely stay here again! It is on the corner of the building so you have 2 balconies and windows on 2 sides of the building which helps with airflow and keeps the place comfortable and cool with the window. Ceiling fans are also nice in all the sleeping areas and rooms.

Great location, but a few annoyances
The good: king bed amazing and comfortable, space for everyone, boogie boards provided, beautiful grounds, beach always great. We had crazy renters above us and security took care of it right away. Grounds crews were nice and kept their work areas clean as they are doing some major exterior renovating. The bad: 2nd bed, queen, hard as a rock , teens had to sleep out pull out couch instead. Oven did not work properly, took 45 min to get 350. Kitchen is functional but only for one person, very small. You are at the back of the building so the train is very loud and it goes 24/7 ,but windows are great and block it well .overall we would stay again but really wish the queen bed was upgraded.

Wonderful Get Away
We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law and this place was wonderful. Overall the place was beautifully decorated with a nice beach feel. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Since we flew to CA I was especially grateful that linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards were included. The complex is beautiful and the beach was a very close and easy walk. We used the pool which was very nice but because of Covid-19 other facilities were closed. The only drawback was hearing the train during the night.

Great week with family
This was a great option for us, plenty of room for the family and nice location - easy access to the parking garage and not far to the jacuzzi or gate for the beach. There was one beach chair in good condition, the rest probably will need replacing for the next 'season'. Kitchen was stocked ok with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. Would have been nice to have a flat/smooth griddle or large fry pan. Really nice newish appliances and we were quite comfortable all week. Very clean. We would definitely come back!

Great place!
This apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment comfortably fit 5 adults and 1 baby without feeling cramped. It was stocked with everything we needed. The complex grounds were beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and the beach. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and is easily accessed by car. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
